Create and set up your Vidos account

This guide walks you through creating a Vidos account, verifying your email address, and securing your account with multifactor authentication (MFA).

Prerequisites

  • A valid email address
  • A modern web browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge)

Create a new account

  1. Go to the Vidos registration page.

  2. Fill out the registration form:

    • Enter your full name
    • Enter your email address
    • Create a strong password (minimum 8 characters with upper and lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters)
    • Review and accept the terms of service
  3. Select Register.

Verify your email address

After registration, you need to verify your email address to activate your account:

  1. Check your email inbox for a message from Vidos with the subject "Verify your email address".

  2. Open the email and click on the link.

  3. Enter the verification code from the email.

I didn't receive a verification email

If you didn't receive the verification email:

  1. Check your spam or junk folder.
  2. On the login page, select Resend verification email.
  3. Ensure you entered the correct email address during registration.

I need to update my account information

To update your account information after registration:

  1. Log in to your Vidos account.
  2. Select your profile icon in the top-right corner.
  3. Select Account from the dropdown menu.
  4. Update your information in the appropriate sections.
