Create and set up your Vidos account
This guide walks you through creating a Vidos account, verifying your email address, and securing your account with multifactor authentication (MFA).
Prerequisites
- A valid email address
- A modern web browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge)
Create a new account

Go to the Vidos registration page.

Fill out the registration form:
- Enter your full name
- Enter your email address
- Create a strong password (minimum 8 characters with upper and lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters)
- Review and accept the terms of service

Select Register.
Verify your email address
After registration, you need to verify your email address to activate your account:

Check your email inbox for a message from Vidos with the subject "Verify your email address".

Open the email and click on the link.

Enter the verification code from the email.

Troubleshooting
I didn't receive a verification email
If you didn't receive the verification email:
- Check your spam or junk folder.
- On the login page, select Resend verification email.
- Ensure you entered the correct email address during registration.
I need to update my account information
To update your account information after registration:
- Log in to your Vidos account.
- Select your profile icon in the top-right corner.
- Select Account from the dropdown menu.
- Update your information in the appropriate sections.
